For sudden, acute plantar fasciitis flare-ups with throbbing, burning pain in the heel, marked heat and redness, and extreme sensitivity to touch, jarring, or pressure. Useful when the pain comes and goes suddenly.

Suggested dosage

3C or 6C twice daily; taper as pain improves.

General guidance only. 200ck may be substituted for 200C potencies. Stop the remedy upon significant improvement. If no improvement after 2-3 doses in acute cases or after 4-6 weeks in chronic cases, try a different remedy.
