Stinging Nettle

A remedy for minor burns, scalds, and sunburn with stinging, prickling, hive-like burning of the skin. Also useful for nettle-like rashes and itchy welts that burn as much as they itch.

Suggested dosage
30C every 1–2 hours after a minor burn or sunburn; taper as pain and redness settle. Seek medical care for severe burns.
