A top remedy for all types of joint pain, including  chronic osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and recent joint pain, especially when the joints feel bruised, damaged, or worn. Helpful for joint inflammation with aching, stiffness, and a sensation that the joint needs support or wrapping. Often considered for recent injuries or when osteoarthritis follows old injuries, overuse, or stress to the cartilage and ligaments.

Suggested dosage

200C twice daily for general arthritis and joint pain. 200C every 6 hours during painful rheumatoid arthritis flares; taper as symptoms improve.

Frequently taken with

General guidance only. 200ck may be substituted for 200C potencies. Stop the remedy upon significant improvement. If no improvement after 2-3 doses in acute cases or after 4-6 weeks in chronic cases, try a different remedy.
