Sulphur

An important supportive remedy for inflammation of the appendix to promote systemic detoxification. Especially helpful for lingering or recurrent appendix inflammation with a tendency to relapse — low-grade heat and discomfort in the lower right abdomen, with burning, bloating, and offensive gas or stool.
Key indications
- Supportive remedy for appendicitis; for system detoxification to prevent recurrence
- Pain and tenderness in the lower right abdomen with low-grade fever
- Nausea, bloating, and loss of appetite with abdominal discomfort
- Lingering or recurrent appendix inflammation that keeps returning
Warmth of bed, bathing, 11 am, suppressed eruptions
Open air, dry warmth, lying on the right side
200C once weekly during sudden development of symptoms; reduce to once every 15 days as inflammation resolves and continue for three months to prevent recurrence. Seek immediate medical care for symptoms that are severe, worsen or do not quickly respond to home care.
General guidance only. 200ck may be substituted for 200C potencies. Stop the remedy upon significant improvement. If no improvement after 2-3 doses in acute cases or after 4-6 weeks in chronic cases, try a different remedy. Consult a experienced practitioner if you feel you need additional help for serious or persistent symptoms.
