A key remedy for profuse, watery, offensive-smelling diarrhea that gushes out almost involuntarily, often in the early morning. The abdomen may gurgle and churn before stool, and the person feels weak, empty, and faint afterward.

30C every 1–2 hours during acute diarrhea; 200C twice daily for persistent or morning diarrhea. Seek medical care for severe dehydration or bloody stool.
