A specific remedy for toothache with sharp, shooting pain that radiates to the ear, jaw, or eye. Teeth often feel elongated and sensitive to touch and cold air; may be paired with increased salivation.

30C every 30–60 minutes during acute toothache; taper as pain settles. May also be applied topically as a diluted herbal tincture on the affected tooth.
