Petroleum rectificatum
A top remedy for eczema where the skin becomes dry, rough, and deeply cracked, with marked worsening in winter, from cold air, and from washing with water. Also assists with itching in psoriasis when the skin is dry, thickened, and cracked.

- Alternate remedy for itching in psoriasis; Or for eczema with cracks worse in winter
- Eczema worse in winter and from exposure to cold, dry air
- Cracked skin on fingertips, palms, heels, and behind the ears
- Itching and burning relieved temporarily by scratching, then worsening
- Skin complaints aggravated by washing, especially with cold water

Suggested dosage
200C twice daily. Taper as symptoms improve.
