Natrum phosphoricum
A gentle acid-neutralizing remedy for babies with reflux, sour regurgitation, and sour vomiting of curdled milk. The spit-up smells sour, the tongue may look creamy or yellow-coated, and the baby is uncomfortable lying flat after feeds.
