Mercurius dulcis
A specific remedy for eustachian tube catarrh and middle ear congestion, especially in children with recurrent glue ear, adenoid enlargement, and dull hearing after repeated colds. Often paired with Kali Mur for stubborn fluid behind the eardrum.

Suggested dosage
6C or 30C twice daily for two to three weeks; stop when hearing improves.
