A key remedy for muscular fatigue and deep, aching soreness after unaccustomed exertion, when limbs feel heavy, weak, and stiff the day after exercise. Suited to delayed onset muscle soreness that aches on the least use yet eases with continued gentle movement.
Key indications
- Deep aching and heaviness in muscles 24–72 hours after overexertion
- Limbs feel weak, heavy, and tired, as if depleted
- Soreness worse on first use of the muscle, better from continued gentle motion
- Exercise fatigue with stiffness in the neck, shoulders, thighs, or calves

30C twice daily while the soreness lasts; taper as the muscles recover.
