Lachesis muta
A key remedy for cardiac problems during stroke recovery — weak heart action, tightness across the chest, and palpitations, especially on the left side. Symptoms are characteristically worse on waking and from any pressure around the throat or chest, and the patient may be loquacious and worse after sleep.
