Kali bichromicum
A leading remedy for sinus headaches, especially right-sided, with thick, stringy nasal discharge and pain that settles over the eye or root of the nose.
Key indications

- Headache worse from bending over, stooping, or morning
- Pain better from firm pressure and warmth

Suggested dosage
30C every 3–4 hours during acute sinus headache.
General guidance only. 200ck may be substituted for 200C potencies. Stop the remedy upon significant improvement. If no improvement after 2-3 doses in acute cases or after 4-6 weeks in chronic cases, try a different remedy.
