The leading remedy for hyperthyroidism and Graves' disease. The person is thin and ravenously hungry yet keeps losing weight, restless, anxious, and unable to keep still — must always be busy. Marked sensitivity to heat with profuse perspiration, rapid pulse, and palpitations. Often shows an enlarged thyroid, exophthalmos, and tremor.
