A remedy for Lupus (SLE) with sharp, shooting nerve pain and painful ulceration at the fingertips, where nerve-rich tissue is most affected. Useful for acute pain flares that radiate along the nerves and for exquisitely tender fingertips and nail beds.

Suggested dosage

200C four times daily during acute pain or ulceration; taper as pain eases.
