A leading remedy for sore throats with painful swallowing, especially in strep throat, pharyngitis, and swollen, sensitive tonsils. The throat is inflamed, the pain may feel like a fishbone or splinter in the throat, and the person is extremely chilly and irritable.

Suggested dosage
