A remedy for complaints brought on by damp, cold, wet weather and sudden temperature changes. Often used when symptoms are worse in autumn, in cold damp rooms, or after exposure to cold floors, with thick mucus, skin eruptions, or joint and neuralgic complaints.

Suggested dosage

30C twice daily for acute complaints; 200C once daily for chronic sensitivity to damp and cold.

General guidance only. 200ck may be substituted for 200C potencies. Stop the remedy upon significant improvement. If no improvement after 2-3 doses in acute cases or after 4-6 weeks in chronic cases, try a different remedy.
