Citrullus colocynthis

A classic remedy for colicky abdominal pain, especially in babies and children, where the pain is cramping, griping, and markedly relieved by bending forward, drawing up the legs, or applying firm pressure to the abdomen. The child may scream with pain and only settle when lying on the stomach or pressed against a warm surface.
