The premier homeopathic remedy for open cuts, torn or jagged wounds, and slow-healing scrapes. Soothes raw, irritated tissue, encourages clean granulation, and helps skin knit together after injury.

30C every 2–4 hours for fresh cuts and scrapes; 200C once daily for slow-healing or irritated wounds. Can also be used topically in homeopathic cream or tincture for minor wounds.
