Suggested dosage

200C twice daily while including small amounts of troublesome food in the diet if reaction is mild and tolerable; taper as sensitivity and intolerance improve. Begin with 200C once every 3-7 days for many months while avoiding troublesome food to reduce severity of intolerance in more severe reactions.
