Arnica montana

A key postpartum remedy for healing after birth, bruising, and soreness from labor or delivery. Especially useful when there is prolonged bleeding after birth, a bruised or beaten feeling in the pelvis, and tissue trauma from a difficult or prolonged labor.

Touch, jarring, exertion, lying down
Rest, lying with head low, cold applications
3C or 6C every 3-4 hours for postpartum bleeding or bruising; or 30C every 4-6 hours for general feeling of shock, exhaustion or tissue trauma; repeat less frequently as recovery improves.
