Argentum nitricum
A key remedy for conjunctivitis with profuse yellow or pus-like discharge, especially in newborns and in chronic or recurring pinkeye. The eyes are red, swollen, and the inner corners are markedly inflamed, with thick discharge gluing the lashes together.

Suggested dosage
30C every 3–4 hours during acute eye infection; taper as discharge clears.
General guidance only. 200ck may be substituted for 200C potencies. Stop the remedy upon significant improvement.
