Ammonium carbonicum

A deep-acting remedy for states of weakness, easy or heavy bleeding, and fainting in chilly people with cold hands and feet. Often marked in women during menopause and for bleeding or circulatory complaints.
Key indications
- Easy or profuse bleeding, nosebleeds, or menstrual flooding
- Weakness and fainting from slight exertion or emotional stress
- Cold, clammy hands and feet with internal heat or burning
- Cough or chest oppression worse from lying on the right side

Suggested dosage
30C two to four times daily during acute complaints; 200C single dose for deeper constitutional work.
