First remedy at the very beginning of a cough or cold — sudden onset after exposure to cold dry air, with dry, barking cough and restless anxiety.

Suggested dosage

200C every 3–4 hours at first sign; taper as cough settles.

General guidance only. 200ck may be substituted for 200C potencies. Stop the remedy upon significant improvement. If no improvement after 2-3 doses in acute cases or after 4-6 weeks in chronic cases, try a different remedy.
